Don't waste your time with this app. The claim that it was written by people with wholesale business experience is a stretch at best. After spending a couple of days unsuccessfully trying to activate customers including themselves I simply uninstalled it all and cut my losses. The AI support ticker is particularly galling, as it flashes up an article to read and immediately expects a response!! And of course the articles barely moved the needle to resolving the issue at hand. Appalling.
We’re sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience and that our chatbot didn’t address your questions. We did offer a technical onboarding session with our product manager and CTO, but this was not accepted. Our CEO also reached out personally to provide another onboarding session with our CTO and extend your free trial. Unfortunately, the app was only used for less than two days without being configured, but we appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback.
