The pricing list setup is intuitive, the Premium registration form does the job, and when we had questions, the support team was responsive and knowledgeable. Clementine was especially helpful in walking us through features we had not fully explored. A solid app for brands looking for a no-frills wholesale portal inside Shopify.

What used to be a great app for B2B users to add to their D2C site has fallen into a mess of AI customer support, useless and complicated updates, and a system that does not function properly day to day. Every week there is a new issue with the app not letting customers check out. We have lost significant business due to the constant malfunctions, and complete lack of customer support. Maybe Shopify was right to pull this app.
