Super helpful! I love the human support and they were super quick to help me integrate this app into my theme.

I tried 4-5 different wholesale apps to help build my designer trade program, both more and less expensive, and this is by far the BEST one, it's exactly what I needed and customer service is so nice and so helpful. You give them permission to your store and they find the problem immediately if you're having one, and let you know exactly how to fix it. I also love the feature where you can choose between having a separate wholesale store or a unified storefront, the latter was exactly what I was looking for.

We've had a great experience with the Wholesale Gorilla so far. The support team has been incredibly responsive, helpful, and thorough throughout our setup. The support team have been quick to assist with every request and always provide clear guidance. It’s refreshing to receive fast human support from a team. Great app, works exactly as needed and is intuitive to setup. Even better, it's intuitive for customers to use. What you are really paying for though is the exceptional customer service. You'll get a response very quickly and get full attention from the team.

We've been using Wholesale gorilla for a few months and it's been great. Very user friendly. I'm a tech caveman, but they give very easy and clear instructions on how to get yoru wholesale operation up and running. Easily integrates into our Shopify. Great customer service as well. Great support if you are every having trouble or need some help

We've been using Wholesale Gorilla for a few months now. Overall, it's a great fix for allowing wholesale customers to purchase from our website under a portal just for them. Just in the time we've used it, the app has undergone updates that have improved functionality and our ability to customize the experience. We really enjoy having this set up, and it's saved us time as customers can place orders 24/7. There have been some glitches, some probably on Shopify's end with new updates, that have temporarily affected the functionality of Wholesale Gorilla, but the team has been very quick and responsive to help. Can't say it will always be perfect, but I recommend the app as it's truly the best solution I've found!

We are still in the trail phase of this but I will say, we reached out with a question that was kinda dumb (We should have been able to figure it out on our own) on a Saturday on a holiday weekend. They answered immediately on the chat. Not saying they will always do that, but with apps like this, things happen quickly and having that type of customer support is HUGE. Thank you for the quick reply. We hope to use the app for a long time!

Im really happy with the support Team. We had a problem with our checkout caused by an overlap settings when we made an update on our Theme and they fixed it in no time.

The customer service is exceptional at WG. This alone is worth it's weight in GOLD! The app and functionality is top notch! This allows us to unify our sales channels in to one easily managed location and offer our customers the best shopping experience possible.

Editing my review as we experienced some fundamental issues with Wholesale Gorilla since Shopify's tax settings update that had us looking at changing our wholesale setup completely, but Sam and his team reached out to fix them really efficient and competently. We've been using Wholesale Gorilla for some years now and it does the job without having the expense and time investment of running a separate store to deal with wholesale customers.

I just set up WG and I found it easy to do and easily merged with my Shopify Store. I had some challenges during setup and Tech Support was awesome

Had an issue with variant selection on my website. Ann was quick to help and get move my development issue to the right folks. It took a week or so, but Serhii was able to get it looking the way I asked.
