We are still in the trail phase of this but I will say, we reached out with a question that was kinda dumb (We should have been able to figure it out on our own) on a Saturday on a holiday weekend. They answered immediately on the chat. Not saying they will always do that, but with apps like this, things happen quickly and having that type of customer support is HUGE. Thank you for the quick reply. We hope to use the app for a long time!

Im really happy with the support Team. We had a problem with our checkout caused by an overlap settings when we made an update on our Theme and they fixed it in no time.

We have used Wholesale Gorilla for a number of years and it is a great addition to our website! It is easy to use and I like the options they offer. They also have the best customer service! They are always so helpful whenever I have questions and respond really quickly. Thank you!

The customer service is exceptional at WG. This alone is worth it's weight in GOLD! The app and functionality is top notch! This allows us to unify our sales channels in to one easily managed location and offer our customers the best shopping experience possible.

Editing my review as we experienced some fundamental issues with Wholesale Gorilla since Shopify's tax settings update that had us looking at changing our wholesale setup completely, but Sam and his team reached out to fix them really efficient and competently. We've been using Wholesale Gorilla for some years now and it does the job without having the expense and time investment of running a separate store to deal with wholesale customers.

I just set up WG and I found it easy to do and easily merged with my Shopify Store. I had some challenges during setup and Tech Support was awesome

Had an issue with variant selection on my website. Ann was quick to help and get move my development issue to the right folks. It took a week or so, but Serhii was able to get it looking the way I asked.
