We recently switched over to Wholesale Gorilla from a piece meal setup we had put together using multiple apps to create the logic we needed. So far the experience has been great! The app is mostly straightforward to use, and it's robust in it's features. The support is what really stands out to me though, they're incredibly helpful, quick and professional. They're support team definitely stands out as one of the best I've worked with.

Perfect one stop shop for setting up a B2B site, especially if you already have a B2C up and running. The support from the whole team has been outstanding, we've been working with them for 2 weeks now and I don't think I've ever waited more than 2/3 hours for a response despite being on a different continent to them. They're always more than willing to help with anything they can, Clementine and Ann are the people I've personally dealt with and they've been extremely helpful. I'd recommend them to absolutely everyone.

I was experiencing problems with wholesales discount at the check out as we are using multiple apps for our needs. I was reaching out to support from every single one of these. Wholesales Gorilla was my last one left and Serhii from support was a Gods sent. He spent multiple hors trying to get the bottom of this and keeping me in loop every step of the way! And he did it, he sorted out what others could not. Even more, after sorting out the problem he also cleared all what could possibly cause future problems. I am very thankful for all his help!

We have been using Wholesale Gorilla for a few years. Customer service is always fantastic. The team even went above and beyond and customed the quick order form for me based on a feature request I have been eagerly awaiting to resolve some ongoing issues.

Don't waste your time with this app. The claim that it was written by people with wholesale business experience is a stretch at best. After spending a couple of days unsuccessfully trying to activate customers including themselves I simply uninstalled it all and cut my losses. The AI support ticker is particularly galling, as it flashes up an article to read and immediately expects a response!! And of course the articles barely moved the needle to resolving the issue at hand. Appalling.
We’re sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience and that our chatbot didn’t address your questions. We did offer a technical onboarding session with our product manager and CTO, but this was not accepted. Our CEO also reached out personally to provide another onboarding session with our CTO and extend your free trial. Unfortunately, the app was only used for less than two days without being configured, but we appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback. If in the future you’d like to try again, we’d be glad to extend these offers and help you get the most out of the app.

As a merchant you should know that beyond the functions you would expect from the app, (that are grea!) the customer support is one of the best I experienced. Serhii answered my questions, understood what I needed and tweaked in no time to help my customers experience.

The APP does it's job as it's described. I had some issues importing the CSV with the group prices which Clementine promptly help me

We've been using this app for longer than I can recall and I can't say enough about the customer service. Any time I have an issue, often a user-generated issue (not a problem with the actual app), I get a prompt, thorough and friendly response and it gets resolved ASAP. In this day and age, to be able to actually communicate with a person in a timely manner is a huge win! The BEST customer service, hands down!

We've been using wholesale gorilla for 10+ years, and their team are always responsive when we need support with the app or questions. Times when updating our theme causes the app to have some quirk, we email their support and they have it fixed in under 24 hours! Thank you!

Loving the ease of this program–it's user friendly, there's additional info available when you get stuck (because even the most user friendly apps can get beginners tripped up), and the team is super responsive and clear with direction. We've been using it for about a month now and I've changed the theme, menu, and other backend switches that have gotten other programs snagged before, and wholesale gorilla has kept up with me–I'm thoroughly impressed. I've pretty much tried every B2B app available in the Shopify store, to include using dev programs to create rules (which worked well and is very dev heavy / you have to be on top of it because you fix it if something snags) and this has been the one our team has been able to get into flow with on the front end. 10/10 recommend! They keep changing the wholesale signup forms and emails and then say that Shopify did it but it's all thought their platform. They keep telling me it's basically our fault and to do the same thing that we were doing a few months ago, I have to add in 10 extra steps when all it took was an email and one link before. If you don't need to review your wholesale applicants to see if they are fraudulent like we do, this app is for you. Unfortunately, we have hundreds of applicants that lie and make up their own "business" that we have to review. You spend a lot of money with this app every month for it to be so extensive and confusing.
