Perfect straightforward solution for B2B customers with different discount groups. Bulk import of discount group prices via excel file is an easy and solid solution for individual customer pricing. Customer Service is awesome, so customization feels like teamwork with the developers.

When Shopify rolled out a new Customer Account login structure it changed the design and experience of our wholesale login page in a way that was very confusing and off brand. The app team didn't hesitate to jump right in and provide hands on advice, support and implementation. They were timely, responsive, and very helpful!

Great Tech Support from Wholesale Helper. We had an issue where our discounts where not applying when we ran the discount. Wholesale Helper found out what the issue was and liased with Shopify until the error was fixed. They then communicated to me that the issue had been resolved for me to check on my end.

We use this app on two of our sites, one for a trade partner program, the other on our wholesale site for specials and discounts across product groups. It's been fantastic for us to find something that is easy to use and solves several business problems. The support team have been very good also, quick to respond and have even worked together with another app to make sure the discounted pricing shows up on the product page variant selector we use. Top marks.

Great app with a lot of useful features for managing B2B pricing and access. It has been a big help for our setup, especially when combined with a lock app—it works really well together. We also tried setting up other apps available on the market, but this one proved to be the best fit for our requirements. The team is very responsive and supportive, always willing to help customize the solution as much as possible based on our needs. One thing that could be improved is the ability to handle more complex promotions or multiple discount codes at the same time. It would also be great to have options for pre-sales in the future. Overall, a very solid solution with excellent support behind it.

The team at Wholesale Helper is amazing! Whenever I run into issues, they always respond very promptly and do their best to resolve everything as quickly as possible. I’ve been using three of their apps for a few years now, and I’m still very happy with both the apps and their stellar customer service. We migrated from another B2B pricing app on very short notice, and Matteo and the team were incredibly helpful. Within just a few hours they implemented all the custom adjustments we needed that couldn’t be configured directly in the app backend. Thanks to their fast support, we were able to complete the entire migration within a single day. The app works flawlessly for our B2B pricing now, something that unfortunately wasn’t the case with our previous provider. Highly recommended!
