Customer service is absolutely great! They helped set up the app and also they have answered to some custom requests I have made. Always very kind and available. The app works perfectly, it allows me to have my discount groups, to set spectific discounts to specific products and to have net terms available. A huge thank you to Abdullah who was always there ready to help.

This app works for our business. It's pretty much the only thing I can find that has a dedicated wholesale section. Some unavailable features can be done through a workaround. But it wouldn't be possible without the support of the superstar customer support service. Shanna is always there ready to help with any requests. I could schedule a video call pretty much instantly to get help with configuring the app too. I recommend this app.

Great app. I couldn’t figure out how to set up discounts for customers who applied to our Trade Program, but Daniel was extremely helpful and went above and beyond with his customer service. He even suggested better options within the app that I wasn’t aware of, which saved me a lot of time and effort. I really appreciate his help!
