Team is very responsive to inquiries and the app extremely flexible in configuration.

We've been using this app for years. We use this app to provide an easy option for our wholesale customers, as well as Volume Discounts to customers who purchase large quantities. It does have issues from time to time, but customer service is usually very prompt and has always helped us find a solution.

Excellent customer service from Hayden Hassan. He was extremely resourceful and wanted to help us. Its app is not 100% ideal for 2 reasons: if you have variants that must be hidden from different customer levels, and if your store is bilingual. The team has been quick to answer our requests and implement them. Overall, happy with the first few weeks utilizing this app.

When Shopify changed things it caused a lot of confusion for me and with my customer accounts and their ability to log in. It was a nightmare and very confusing. Joshua at Wholesale Helper is amazing! He responded very promptly and did an amazing job resolving everything as quickly as possible. He is absolutely fabulous to work with. If you have questions, please call them; it is worth your time. I have been using wholesale helper​ for a few months now and could not be happier.
