When Shopify changed things it caused a lot of confusion for me and with my customer accounts and their ability to log in. It was a nightmare and very confusing. The success or headache of an app is fully dependent on the level of customer service- I cannot stress how great their team is at troubleshooting. They're responsive, helpful, and timely. All that to say, anytime something hasn't worked, it's been from user error on our end. They give us direction and fix it on our behalf regardless. I've used many integrations and apps and WSH is by far my favorite to work with.

App constantly breaks. They fix it then it less than a week later it breaks again. Leaving groups of my customer base unable to order due to special pricing not being applied. It is beyond frustrating. PLEASE fix your app.
