Using this to run a wholesale business - support staff is very responsive and have helped me personalise the look of my wholesale section.

This app works for our business. It's pretty much the only thing I can find that has a dedicated wholesale section. Some unavailable features can be done through a workaround. But it wouldn't be possible without the support of the superstar customer support service. Shanna is always there ready to help with any requests. I could schedule a video call pretty much instantly to get help with configuring the app too. I recommend this app.

Great app. I couldn’t figure out how to set up discounts for customers who applied to our Trade Program, but Daniel was extremely helpful and went above and beyond with his customer service. He even suggested better options within the app that I wasn’t aware of, which saved me a lot of time and effort. I really appreciate his help!

It's a decent app, if you have 3rd party apps with your checkout it can be tricky. We had a lot of clients give up because it wouldn't work, the checkout page would always change back to the regular pricing. constant issues with that, and lost clients because of that. They will help you get it right, but it can hurt you too if it doesn't work smoothly for your clients.

Really loving all the customization the app offers. Hayden was incredibly helpful both with finding the right plan and walking me through the initial set up/onboarding.

The app is pretty good value considering the options and the features are decent. Implementation was a bit hit and miss so their QA processes could be better but they persisted and got it working as it should eventually.

We've been using this app for years. We use this app to provide an easy option for our wholesale customers, as well as Volume Discounts to customers who purchase large quantities. It does have issues from time to time, but customer service is usually very prompt and has always helped us find a solution.

Excellent customer service from Hayden Hassan. He was extremely resourceful and wanted to help us. Its app is not 100% ideal for 2 reasons: if you have variants that must be hidden from different customer levels, and if your store is bilingual. The team has been quick to answer our requests and implement them. Overall, happy with the first few weeks utilizing this app.
