It's been an overall well working app for my business needs. The support team has been helpful when needed in building aspects, as well as with questions along the way.

We have been using the app for a few years, and overall it does a good job. I sometimes struggle with bulk uploading excel file, when something changes in the discount groups, and it is not easy to find the error. A good thing is that the support is working. I would suggest, a better tool to find the problem in the excel sheet, instead of an error just saying the Excel is not correct.

UPDATE: They worked with me to help fix my theme. I am grateful that they changed the code back so my customers could check out. I am pretty sure when I uninstalled this program, it broke the theme for my store. Super fun times, my customers haven't been able to check out normally.

App does a great job of helping our Wholesale customers see their pricing when they build carts and check out. Straightforward set up on our end and very responsive helpful team when we've had issues. The Vendor Login portal does not integrate well with our site (the display of product photos and descriptions was not good) so we have opted not to use that featue. The new vendor signup form worked well to capture new Wholesale customer details but we didn't like how it looked and ended up creating our own. So the app has proved essential for our online business, provides a good experience for shoppers but there is room for improvement within the app.

The design is simple and easy to understand. Above all, I am relieved by the kind support and the quickness to clear problems.

Initially had struggles with setting up the app but received a 1/1 call with screen share tutorial to fix everything. Step by step guide through helped a lot, thank you. This app now fulfills all of our requirements and is a great addition for any wholesalers.

While we ultimately decided to use a different solution for wholesale pricing, for simplicity sake; the support team was very helpful in trying to assist us in resolving our issues.

Just kicked off our store this week. Having to use 3 apps to get our rather simple needs to work. Yet, it seems to work well. Had a couple issues with set-up that app folks agreed they are aware of and are fixing. Not big deals and easy work-arounds. Customer service has been darn good. So 4 stars for now. And hopefully 5 soon.

Waited over 2 weeks for integration that never happened. If this is standard support, what happens when we have a serious issue? Not recommended. UPDATE : Support was responding to an email I was not communicating with. App not compatible with theme unfortunately. Customer service did their best.
