The success or headache of an app is fully dependent on the level of customer service- I cannot stress how great their team is at troubleshooting. They're responsive, helpful, and timely. All that to say, anytime something hasn't worked, it's been from user error on our end. They give us direction and fix it on our behalf regardless.
