I was working on a very time-sensitive B2B setup and needed help urgently. Although the app doesn’t normally provide on-demand call support, Shanna went above and beyond to assist me, even hopping on a Google Meet right away to walk me through my questions. The app itself is powerful yet straightforward. It’s designed to handle some of the most complex wholesale pricing scenarios and integrates seamlessly with Shopify POS, which was a must for my project.
