Just for clarity, our billing follows standard process: the free trial begins the first time the app is installed. If the app is later uninstalled and reinstalled, the original trial is considered used, and billing begins upon reinstall. I checked our records and saw the app was first installed in February 2025, which is when the trial started. Anyways we sent the refund so you should be good to go!
