ABOVE AND BEYOND — this team truly earned every word of that. We hit a tricky roadblock: we needed wholesale pricing for our B2B customers AND volume bundle discounts for our retail customers, all running side by side on the same store. On paper, that shouldn't work — discount apps almost always fight each other. The Wholesale Helper team didn't just tell us "sorry, not compatible" and move on. They dug in. Shanna, Karla, Ahmed and Andres worked with their dev team through multiple rounds of testing to figure out a real solution. When the first bundle app conflicted, they recommended an alternative. When that alternative wasn't quite right, we moved to Dealeasy, they went back to their tech team AGAIN and built a custom "soft-disable" workaround so Dealeasy bundles silently skip for our logged-in wholesale customers while still working perfectly for retail. Then we hit another wrinkle — our color swatches were tied to the bundle app, so wholesale customers couldn't pick variants. Their team built ANOTHER custom solution: color swatches now conditionally show for logged-in wholesale customers across every product with a wholesale offer. This is easily the most involved support experience I've had with a Shopify app, and every step was handled with patience, clear communication, and real problem-solving. They turned what could have blocked our entire site launch into a seamless dual B2B/B2C experience. If you're running wholesale alongside retail and worried about app conflicts — these are the people you want in your corner. 10/10.
