We've been using WPD to run our trade partner programme, running an ecommerce experience tailored to trade partners who receive trade cover right across our site. The team have been really helpful on the very few times we needed support. And even implemented a custom fix regarding contact creation and marketing settings on the form submission without any issue or questions asked.

Es una buena app aunque siendo honesta si es tu primera vez usando un aplicativo para b2b, esta opción puede sentirse algo compleja y tediosa, pero apoyándote con el equipo todas tus dudas se resuelven y son muy pacientes con tus solicitudes. Lo genial de esta app es sin duda el fijador de precios individuales que te permite mantener una tienda b2c con sus descuentos y una b2b solo para clientes seleccionados. Y sobre todo, si necesitas personalizar alguna cosa en especifico el equipo te ayuda para que tu tienda quede exactamente como la necesitas. Esta es una buena opción para personas que tienen b2c y b2b en una sola tienda.

Great support and app works exactly as we need it to. Really helpful editing and assisting with implementation. Allows us to run our wholesale business alongside our stock management for b-2-c.

They charged me 49$ for using the app 20 minutes, so much for 14 day trial. I hate when shopify apps dont fully explain what they can do before you install just to money grab...
Hi Educational Bank Notes, I completely understand how this could be confusing, and I’m sorry for the frustration it caused. We’ve gone ahead and refunded the payment for you. Just for clarity, our billing follows standard process: the free trial begins the first time the app is installed. If the app is later uninstalled and reinstalled, the original trial is considered used, and billing begins upon reinstall. I checked our records and saw the app was first installed in February 2025, which is when the trial started. Anyways we sent the refund so you should be good to go! I was looking for a wholesale option that fit into our industry where we have strong D2C but also B2B. Coupled with their lock app we have managed to work on a way to customise it into our website. They have been very responsive and worked on making it custom. This means there’s a bit of time needed to set up how you want discount groups to run if you have regional differences with customer shipping and prices, playing with your own theme functionality and LOTS of testing to get you started but the service so far has been great. They are very understanding and kind. I’m yet to figure out the Xero integration part for net terms but I’m confident I will be able to work with the team to sort anything I need. Special shout out to Shanna and Daniel.

By far the best customer support I have ever recieved. Unlike most apps where trying to do a call is difficult they are eager and proud to call with you. Parth Lakhani was who I called with and he did an amazing job at explaining everything.
