throughout the last 6+ months, wholesale pricing discount has provided us with some of the best app support we could have asked for in a Shopify app. There has never been any request that has seemed like too much for their support team. They are reliable for US-based companies as their hours seem to be PST, but they would also be beneficial anywhere because of how great and supportive their development team is. Anyone looking for the best wholesale app to download on shopify should highly recommend this one here.

I am just finishing up my trials of the full suite from these guys. They have been very good to deal with. Done some theme customizations for me that have made things run smoothly. Currently in the Trial Period and we are liking what we are seeing so far. Integration was smooth with a few kinks, but Support has been very quick to respond and address our issues.

App works but has limited functionalities for e.g. incl. or excl. VAT prices, VAT validation, compiling bundles. Nice to start with but too light for a wholesale store operating in more then 1 country. Support is not that great to work with. Jumping to conclusions before analysing the real problem.

We first tried to make a b2b webshop with another platform but found out that that wasn't ok for us. So we went to shopify and found the apps of Wholesale Helper. These are great apps working very well for us. The team is great; they are always very much willing to help and are able to solve the issues we had and customization we needed for our webshop. So many compliments for them!

I have been looking for an app like this one that provides discount categories for my customers for some time. Essentially besides being used as a wholesale tool, it is a great tool to group customers at different discount levels basically acting as a loyalty feature... PERFECT! After 3 years of trying to develop a wholesale section in my e shop in different platforms with no success, I feel i found the right solution for my business.
