My business is 85% selling wholesale to dealers. When we started selling direct to consumers as well, we needed a way to keep the two worlds separate but all in one place, and this app is PERFECT for that! Not only can we have dealers log in and write their own orders from our consumer site, they also see the sight and pricing from their own wholesale specific perspective, without us having to create duplicate products. We can write orders for our dealers, select extended payment terms (Net 15 / Net 30), they have access to view our inventory and what they have previously ordered, offer volume discounts and advanced shipping options. It's exacttly what we needed! You can discount the entire site or groups of specific products, and the multiple price discount levels are an amazing tool to help drive sales. The tagging feature makes this all so simple it's ridiculous... seriously, I can not say enough. Also, the set up and sight integration of this app to my existing store could not have been any easier, especially for a dummy like me! It takes little to no work or time to get up and running. They pretty much do it all for you, have simple support videos to follow as needed, and these guys are QUICK to respond to your needs! The support has been FANTASTIC and if you can't already tell, I highly recommend giving it a go, you will not be disappointed! We use this app to offer our customer wholesale discounts on our website. We also use the Order Form / Re Order to allow our customers to place large orders quickly and efficiently. The entire Wholesale Helper team has been a pleasure to work with. I received a call from a representative just to follow up with our install and ask if I had any questions. I sent several customization requests so the app would match our site better and they were able to complete nearly every one of them. The type of support that this company has provided is unmatched by any other company that I have dealt with in the online industry.

I had a few issues setting up this app; however, it seems pretty simple. The App is definitely a win-win when it comes to wholesaling and discount pricing. Since I'm not very tech friendly; I would give the app 4 stars and the tech service 5 stars, therefore, it's all 5 stars after such great customer service who knows how to get the job done!!! I gave them a pretty hard time and they all stood the test of my issues...lol. OUTSTANDING in every area!!!! I guess I should stop now...lol. Thank you, guys!!!

This app is exactly what I'd been looking for. It has allowed my stockists to place orders directly from my website so I no longer have to generate manual invoices. It has saved me a lot of time so I can focus on other areas of the business. The support team assisted with integration and were swift in fixing an issue with one of my collections. So far the process has been really smooth and I'm really happy with the service and platform.

This app is critical to our business to business (B2B) Shopify store. It has every feature we needed; discreet pricing per customer type, discount codes, quick upload of new pricing, checkout options, and other various features. The rare times we've needed help, the support team was quick to respond and solved our issues quickly, professionally, and completely. We tried several apps to solve our needs, this one is a level above all of them. I cannot recommend it enough.
