I have been using the App for a year and have, overall, been very satisfied. The team is quite responsive and helpful when I have had issues. The new UI and features also make it much easier and clear to navigate. It has been a great way to enable wholesale ordering on our site. Before installing looked at several different options and have found this to be great for our needs. The price is also quite reasonable for features provided.

Support was there when I needed a little help. The chat with support feature worked perfectly, I got someone helpful who forwarded on my issue to the tech team to take a look. I found my fix while they were also taking a look, but it was very helpful to just have someone responsive to help me out. Thanks Shanna!

We just started using it - but the support has been awesome. My biggest concern when adding apps to shopify stores is how reliable the support will be and these guys do not disappoint! We have a paid theme so a bit of coding needed to be done and they did it quickly and the pricing was very reasonable.
