There is currently a global shopify issue preventing checkout on my site. when I reached out to the developers of this app thinking it might be the app, they responded in 15 minutes AND had already built a work-around to make my site operable again despite the continued shopify issues. Very very pleased with the customer support and the app does exactly what we want it to do.

This app just plain works. It does what it says - and then some. Super easy to set up, super intuitive to use. We’ve got a lot of moving parts on the wholesale side of things, so we paired it with the Wholesale Lock app to open up even more flexibility. The two play nice together - no hiccups. Now the real kicker: the support team is top-notch. Fast response time, folks are friendly, and any issue we hit were handled right away without runaround. If you’re running wholesale like we are, this app makes your life easier. Simple as that. Highly recommend. Solid all around.

I don't deal with this app, as it is in the wheelhouse of my business partner, but I can comment on the customer service. When we do have a problem, they are very responsive and offer succinct instructions for the fix. We do not often have a problem, and many times it is not on their end but, instead, something we have done. No matter the cause, they help us sort it out and get things moving forward. Thanks!

I am running a unique shop that has both retail and some limited wholesale items. We will be scaling both types of products in the future. This works fantastic for a seamless unique wholesale experience. We needed something that will be scalable and this is it. Also, the level of customer service is also top shelf! There you have it people, an amazing product and customer service and assistance. Keep up the great work.

Incredible support!!!! We are in a different time zone but every time I leave the team a list of instructions and questions everything is sorted as soon as they are back online. The app itself is doing everything we need, allows our wholesalers to login and make orders themselves at wholesale price, which saves our team lots of time in emails and back and forth with manual order forms. 10/10 :)

The app works fine and if it doesn't match exactly your need, you can always ask the IT team some help. Even with the time shift, they try to be available and are very responsive on every requests we have (always in 12h max). The app performs well with the Lock Manager solution.

We had some initial setup issues but they have been amazing at both fixing our issues and even integrating with some other apps and implementing their app with our website. Happy with the feature set and customer service.

I spent a lot of time researching and testing different apps, trying to find the right fit for our business. We’re a small company—not quite ready for Shopify Plus—but we still needed a straightforward way to handle B2B orders without unnecessary complexity. Our B2B customers are dealerships, so we needed flexible pricing, various payment options, and seamless integration with our third-party customization app. While some other apps I looked at had more advanced backend features and analytics, none of them could integrate with our customization app—except this one. That was the game-changer. I quickly realized that "more complex" doesn’t always mean "better." This app is incredibly easy to set up and use, yet it still offers more functionality than some of the higher-priced alternatives. It checked all our boxes and turned out to be the perfect B2B solution for us. I saw another review mentioning that you might need some of the developer’s other apps for full functionality, and while that might be true, it’s still way more affordable than many other options out there. Plus, the customer service and integration team are top-notch. They went above and beyond to ensure everything worked perfectly and responded quickly with real solutions. At the end of the day, do your research and don’t get distracted by flashy features you don’t actually need. This app delivers everything you need—and then some—at a way better price.
