Kudos to the team at WPD, they are so easy to work with! We're using the Wholesale Pricing Discount basic plan and so far, so good. It does exactly what we want it to do. They set everything up for us to get started and their FAQ information is straight forward and easy to follow. We did get charged a small fee for having some complex areas on our website, but the ease and convenience of just having the program work was well worth the money. We researched a lot of apps and read a lot of other reviews before choosing this one and so far we're very pleased. Thank you, WPD team! Keep up the good work and great service.

We use this app to keep track of multiple pricing tiers for all our different products. The app allows us to have individual pricing for all our products, which is great. Support has also been quick, responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend this app to anyone needing to offer different pricing on their website.

We are using 3 of their products in combination and it's working well so far. They have fixed some small issues with getting it tweaked to my desire, and were done super fast and efficiently. Time will tell, but so far, 2 thumbs up!

I haven't used the app yet but honestly, I'm already blown away by the technical help and customer service. The tech team and beyond have made life so much easier by setting up the app for you and checking to make sure it won't interfere with other apps you may have installed. They even helped me brainstorm a fix when the Wholesale Pricing Discount app did interfere with an app, which means I still get to use it and felt incredibly supported every step of the way. I can't wait to get started using it for wholesale customers!

Dear other store owners reading this: I've looked and tried other apps for wholesaling on here! Don't even mess with with them. Get this one. The team is easy to communicate with, gets back to you promptly, phone and email included. The apps (they have a few that work together-so awesome!) are easy to use. The developer team is there to help and they work hard to keep you happy. Couldn't be happier with the install of this app! I'd give more stars if i could! J'utilise cette application pour donner des rabais à nos revendeurs et d'autres clients qui ont des comptes commerciaux. C'est génial! Le service à la clientèle est juste parfait! Ils répondent rapidement... le seul problème c'est qu'ils ne parlent pas français! Par contre le net 30 jours n'est pas efficace pour moi.

This app is working great for us and the support is amazing, the most responsive for any app we use. I am also super impressed by new improvements they have already made since we purchased the app just a few months ago, including adding the "apply discounts" button directly to the back end checkout page. This app was the perfect solution for our Wholesale program and so much more! We use this with their other 2 Wholesale apps (Lock Manager and Re-Order Form) and the complete package solution is absolutely amazing! We are able to offer custom discounted pricing for our various groups of clients with ease and confidence. We have had no issues and every time we need a question answered or a custom solution, their support team is on point! We have a very unique set up and I searched high and low thinking that I would have to build my own custom solution before finding this App. No matter what your needs are, these guys will help you find a way to make it work without getting too complicated. Highly recommend for any store that needs discounted pricing abilities for any purpose!

This App is phenomenal, does everything I needed it to, which was to created tiered pricing for different levels of distributors our company had based on customer tags and show that tiered price in the checkout area and cart. We recently restructured how we set prices for our distributors, which made it impossible for us to use any app for our distributor pricing, so our online store is now just for our end users. That is the only reason we decided to remove the app, other than that the app is great and the support was the most responsive i've ever had from a shoppify app. 10/10 would recommend and if we ever need wholesale/specifically tiered pricing again, this is the app we will go with

Great customer service and they always answer our queries promptly. They're really awesome to work with.
