The app is straightforward and easy to use. Whether its a percentage discount or a dollar amount off, whether you have one wholesaler level or many. But what tops the app, is the excellent - very excellent customer support. I'd give more stars if it allowed. I did encounter some issues that I feel are unique and the support was responsive and extremely helpful. Great app, great customer support.

Great customer support and functionality. It will require some tinkering and adjusting but if you take the time to do things right, you will have a fully functioning wholesale section of your store. The support team goes above and beyond to help you with whatever you need though

We switched to this app from another B2B app because this had more features for only a little bit more per month. And the customer service was great. They got back to us quickly and understood our requests very well. I would highly recommend to anyone that sells both retail and B2B (wholesale) pricing.
