I use this APP to manage multiple Wholesale/retailer discounts and pricing. They continue to evolve to add more features. I've been using them since 2019. Every issue I've ever encountered, they are quick to assist and work thru the problem. Update Feb 28 2023 I'd been having some shipping issues, was in chat with Shopify Guru, who sent the issue to the Shopify Shipping team... spent about 14 hours total trying to 'figure this out'. Contacted Wholesale Now, and within an hour, they found the issue, it was corrected, tested, and is now working as we required! Things I LOVE the most about this APP... it works, if you are a wholesaler, and require multiple levels of discounts per product, per customer etc. They respond in great time, they stay with you until the issue is resolved... I'm a much happier Merchant when I can count on them to find and fix my issues. LOVE YOU GUYS!!!

Liked it before, loved it after using the support staff to help with some minor issues that we were having. In an imperfect Shopify world, we have to rely on these great 3rd party apps to provide the things that we need when Shopify misses the mark. 5/5 - Highly Recommend!

I used this to set up wholesale pricing for retail shops carrying our products. We needed one site to service web and business customers, and this app was quick to install and easy to set up. Our wholesale customers appreciate being able to order at their leasure.

Fantastic App. Does everything we need it to, and if there was ever any issue the support team responds unbelievably quickly with a solution. We couldn't figure out how to work the net20, and Vlad the app developer reached out and solved all of our issues. He was unbelievably kind to us!

We found a few customers were not getting their Wholesale discounts. I worked with Jorge over 2 days. I didn't get updates, feedback or hardly any questions, and I had to continuously keep reaching out to him for even that. I even doubted he was doing anything to help. Extremely disappointed! UPDATE: Now we got an email addressed to VapeMart (who left a bad review over a month ago & WE ARE NOT)! Our issue was still not fixed. The email sent to us cannot be replied to and they are just asking me to go through chat, which is what we've been doing. RESULT: I am being told this app doesn't work with the Avenue 3.0 theme, unless AJAX changes to the checkout are made, which should be noted if this app is not compatible. If you are using the popular theme Avenue, DO NOT USE THIS APP.
