Haley die Sachbearbeiterin hat eine exelente Arbeit geleistet und mir geholfen wo es geht obwohl wir 7h Zeitunterschied haben. Also das war ein sehr guter und Persönlicher Service den Sie mir gegeben hat.

There have been some issues, as is normal with a free beta app. Customer support has been responsive but it's been somewhat exhausting and time consuming to communicate about a problem with basic functionality, which has now been fixed. I'm only using the order form section of the app. At his early stage, I would not be comfortable using the entire app because it seems ambitious but I wish them the best and hope that the beta testers are grandfathered in when it becomes a paid app.

Absolutely fantastic app and its free! Super easy to use and the support is A++++ Options for tiered pricing, discounted pricing etc. Easy to install and embed into your store. Keep the good work up and please keep it free. Well done :)

So far this has worked more seamlessly than i thought. I researched a few apps for a specific functionality of fixed price discounting across a range of different products and price. The app allowed this as well as meeting logical wholesale customer requirements. The customer service is very responsive, the integration is quite easy and the implementation on my website has 0 bugs, the pricing updates every price field across all templates and sections seamlessly without breaking any fonts or page layouts. So far can't fault this app.

This is a great app and was easy to set up. The team was quick and responsive with my questions. I could set up the minimum order quantities per product that I needed to sell for wholesale and got my site set up the way I wanted it to be.

I started using the free version without much expectation, but it turned out to work perfectly for the features I needed. When an issue came up, I spent several days trying to resolve it on my own. After reading the great reviews, I decided to reach out for support. Haley responded incredibly quickly, in less than a day, and provided exceptional help. Communication was smooth, they were kind, and most importantly, they understood exactly what I needed and resolved the issue perfectly. To show my support for this company in any way I can, I’m leaving this review. This app is highly recommended!

The app itself looked great but the quick order form didn't work on our store due to not being compatible with other apps installed - which is going to be a really common occurrence. You hope their dev team could help figure this out. The Sami team just said they couldn't help us so we had to delete the app. If the app works with your tech stack then I'm sure it could be great but cannot fully assess.

We always strive to meet all of our customers' needs, but sometimes the solutions proposed can be very difficult to implement, or there may be no solution at all. We understand that you are very dissatisfied because our app has not met your expectations and we also realize the significant and benefits if our app can work with other third party apps like you said. However, it's currently one of our limitations and we're still trying to find a way to sort it out in the future We sincerely seek for your sympathy and hope you can give us a chance to improve
