I was confused by the settings, but the customer support is great. Very kind, polite, precise and helpful. When I started BtoB with shopify, I was satisfied with the features because it was very substantial.

Amazing application would definitely recommend to everyone. Far superior to other paid apps and with probably must better and faster support. We faced some issues with other plugins impacting the end result but their team helped us navigate and resolve them fairly fast!

Sami B2B is a great plugin to use, smooth adoption, work as expected, it is all just simple settings inside the Shopify site. I can't believe currently they are free to use! They have easy to understand documentation, supportive customer service (Thanks Haley!) I was having quite a headache trying to think about solutions to our store's B2B customize pricing and shipping rules, and Haley offered ideas & solutions based on our store's current situation, I am really grateful for her support : )

This app is really amazing. First "it's FREE". Second the customer service is really amazing too. Haley was quick and knowledgeable with the app. It can be a little intimidating at first, but there are many tools to help guide you through the app. Thanks for being awesome!

So far, so good. We came across this app while looking for a wholesale pricing solution and decided to give it a try (not realizing it was a free beta). Pros: The interface is user-friendly, and it integrates both the registration and quick order forms seamlessly. Pricing logic was easy to set up, and shipping (currently in beta) was activated within minutes of my request. The quick order form worked immediately with the pricing logic, and while product page pricing display required some coding, the team resolved it in 24–48 hours. The drag-and-drop editor for forms and customization tools are excellent—you can set everything up in about 30 minutes. Can be improve: Some settings, like tax and discount methods, can be a bit confusing. A step-by-step setup option with examples and customization prompts would make the onboarding process smoother. That said, the default settings should work for most users, and if you're adding a tool like this to your site, you're likely prepared to invest some time learning it. Great job, team—just don’t overprice it! :)
