For a free app, this has been great for having a wholesale platform directly on our website!! Plus they have excellent customer service! Cons: Occasionally glitchy, where the wholesale prices will not calculate correctly at checkout. You are not able to use wholesale pricing and quantity discounts simultaneously. It would be nice if instead of the retail price just being crossed off, they were displayed as the MSRP, as the current configuration may be confusing to some retailers.

This is such a great app and easy to install. I'm not tech-savvy and had some trouble setting up my volume-tiered pricing. At 7 pm (PST) on a Friday night, they were offline but, Haley was very quick to respond and not only fixed my issue but showed me how to set things up so they would show up the way I wanted them to. It's a great app with an amazing customer support team! Thank you so much, I truly appreciate this app and the great team behind it.

We've been really happy with Sami Wholesale Pricing! We're using it to create a wholesale registration form that automatically tags our wholesale customers with a wholesale tag, so that they get 50% off our quick order form (also through the app). Pro tip: It works great with RM: Advanced Free Shipping to be able to give free shipping to your retail customers, but not to your wholesale customers. The app allows for a lot of customization and the help documents are a great resource. Haley's customer service has been top tier. If you're getting set up and run into issues, they're great at sorting them out in a day or two. Honestly, this app delivers so much value.

Sami Wholesale Pricing B2B app is very easy to use and has the functionality we need to ensure we can run both wholesale and retail on our website in tandem. We use this app it in conjunction with the Sami B2B Lock app to drive a create customer experience. These products go hand-in-hand, and are complemented by an amazing support team (most notably Haley), who are so helpful and knowledgable.

The software is very user-friendly, especially the customer service is very prompt in receiving and solving problems. The adaptive effect of the software is very good, and it displays well on the product page. I really like this software; compared to other software, I feel this one is more useful.
