I've been working on setting up the app for my store and Haley from customer service has been amazing help. I always receive help promptly with my issue resolved on the first try.

So far it fulfills all our wishes, and does what Shopify should have integrated in its core anyways. The support is very helpful as well, with the few questions we couldn't solve with their manual.

I have to give these guys 5 stars. Not only does the app offer great value to my store, but there service was also incredible! The app is for free and I received better service from Haley and the team than I do from some paid apps. Yes there were some glitches in setting everything up and minor errors I pointed out to them. But they fixed everything and with a little bit of time spent with them, working together, my system was up and running. Great app with great value and exceptional service! Well done!

Does everything that you would want in a wholesale plugin! I could even put an order minimum, which kept me from having to code my own. Haley from customer support answered my chat right away and got me going with what I needed. I recommend this app 100%

Very easy to set up, and live chat was very responsive to the couple of questions I had (even available on chat at 1am!). Perfect streamlined app for setting up wholesale customers, and actually has a couple of features like customer registration forms that the paid apps don't have until you pay for their higher-tier plans. I definitely recommend it, we'll be using this one for a long time, has everything we need.

I recommend Sami B2B, the customer service is great I have no complain. The app in my store works great and they make it easy to used. I have two apps from Sami that I used. I also have another website and I used their apps. Thank you very much for your support. Sincerely José

Haley was very patient and helped me out when I realised that Volume Pricing wasn't working properly. This is a great app to use and I think the 5 star rating is what it deserves! Haley really help me a lot!

A great app. I’ve tried many, and this one seems to work perfectly for having a retail and wholesale website in one. Was easy to set up, and mild learning curve to figure it all out. Thanks!
