I highly recommend the application, I had a small problem with setting up wholesale prices but I wrote to support and Haley was very kind, she immediately solved my problem, I am very satisfied with the service and the application.
Sami Wholesale Pricing has been a game-changer for offering discounts to preferred customers smoothly and effectively. The app is user-friendly and really boosts our efficiency. A shoutout to Haley from their support team who resolved my issue in under 10 minutes with great attention to detail. Highly recommend for seamless discount management!
The app works! I did have a couple technical things that I needed Samita to work through, but they resolved both issues quickly. The app works better than some other PAID B2B apps and is on par with some of the more expensive B2B apps. While I doubt this app will remain free forever, its definitely something I would pay for. I do hope they continue to improve the product. The quick order form could use some better customization. All in all, the app is great and does 90% of what I need!

Downloaded this app to try with zero expectations, and I'm especially impressed, considering that this app is free! The Sami B2B works perfectly for my site and needs. I had a couple of issues with getting some elements to work correctly and raised a ticket. Haley responded and figured out all the issues quickly and effectively. The app is amazing as is the support. Genuinely really happy.
schneller guter support, war einfach einzurichten! Die Probleme mit dem Login für Kunden lagen bei meinen Tests daran, dass ich den Testkunden nur in der shopify Kundendatei gelöscht hatte, nicht aber bei Sami. Da bleibt der Kunde... War also ein selbstverurschter Fehler, den der Support schnell aufgeklärt hat.
Although the App is limited in customization, the CS was very helpful. I would consider using this in the future.
My experience with this app has been exceptional, not only because of its features but also because of the awesome support. I ran into a few bugs at first, but the support team and developers were extremely patient and quick to respond. They took my feedback seriously and resolved every issue swiftly, demonstrating a thorough understanding of both the app and user needs. It's evident that they are dedicated to providing a high-quality product and top-notch service. I highly recommend both the app and the fantastic team supporting it!
We have some relatively simple needs for a wholesale app and thought we'd give this a try. Brilliant. It does all we wanted and so much more (like handling all your Wholesale account signups, and Quick Order forms). We had a wee question about our setup and support replied the same day with screenshots and all the info we needed. Great support.
The Sami team has been EXTREMELY helpful. I needed something very specific for my store and their team has worked so hard and been so responsive to help me accomplish what I needed done. Highly recommend!
Ultimately the app couldn't do what I needed, but it worked as advertised and the support I received from Haley was great! Even though I couldn't make it work for my business, it's still a great app and the support team is amazing. I was looking for something I could provide to B2B Clients as an Order Form without having to actually check out or pay for anything. Sami Wholesale was almost there in terms of functionality. The App allows them to easily add items to their cart and checkout without having to click through to each individual product page, but there's no way (As of this writing) for them to generate a draft order I can review and invoice separately at a later date. This ultimately led me look for a different solution. Otherwise great app, maybe I can find a different use for it down the road.
Love the customer support and communication. I recently installed this app and their team was able to quickly help me set up the app and helped answer all my queries. Highly recommend!

I tried 3 other b2b shopify apps before I was lucky enough to find Sami. They offer insane features and their customer support is the best, most responsive, and helpful app support I have ever seen. Their cart drawer is beautiful and a feature that I can't believe is also included (and not even highlighted!) Really cannot say how great this app is. Don't think twice about going with the ones with more ratings, you will just end up frustrated and going to Sami!
Great customer service and amazing free app to help anyone turn a store into B2B without having to pay Shopify's outrageous $2300 fee for basic functionality that stores like Duda offer as standard for like $30 a month all inclusive in the plan. About time. Works great with their B2B Lock - check out karttshop.co.uk to see in action. Update months later - amazing customer service helping us refine and fix things. Note, don't use with Trade theme as that has a wholesale feature that clashes with Sami's code... Dawn works great as do others... of course Trade theme only works if you use with Shopify Plus (which you need around 2K a month to use, great if you are GymShark making billions).
