We had this app installed. It was okay initially, but then it started working only intermittently, which unfortunately resulted in us losing multiple wholesale orders. The purchasers gave up on these orders because using the app was too frustrating as it was not working consistently. Despite numerous attempts to get support, none was forthcoming. We eventually had to switch to a new wholesale app as we were not able to resolve the issues. Despite uninstalling the app, they continued to charge us for the app after this and we are still trying to cancel this recurring charge and get a refund. So we wouldn't recommend this as your wholesale app.

I have sent multiple emails regarding our wholesale tags that are not working properly, but no one comes back to me.

How can I try to use?? It still have the note on top, need to complete the installation, we need to manually configure the Shopify theme.

I changed my review for 1 star to 4. Javier was great to help and fix the issue. 5 start for his service. However, the app is missing some important features e.g Being able to add more discount groups without needing the coding from an expert.
