Just installed this. So far the customer service has been responsive. I will update review once I see how it works.

can't say yet since it is not yet configured. But instructions say that a review makes the set up faster. Will review later once it is up and running

3 star for the good promise - saying they'll install it within 24 hours. Tried almost all wholesale apps and didn't like any of them - either they bugged in various ways with my cart (theme is from the shopify store) or had tons of other flaws, both technical and practical. Obviously it's a holiday tomorrow so I'm hoping I can give them 5 stars and a lifetime subscription in 48 hours from now.

I had to write a review in order to get the configurations done within 24 hours. Once ive actually used the service then I can write a review on the app.

It's a good but basic entry wholesale app that is a bit confusing to work with as there's no tutorial or guide on using it once it's installed. It's also a bit cheeky to ask $119 for simple add-ons like minimum order value. Surely that's why you pay $19.99 to cover basics like that? It would be good to see your customer's email address and info as well but I suspect you'll be charged for that too. Not every business is a massive one that can easily afford the subscription fee and then an increasing cost to customise what is simply a line of code? We'll keep testing it until the free trial is up but since wholesale makes up a smaller proportion of our business it's not worth us to invest in it at this time. Customer service was good, they emailed several times and I raised the above query but not really got a response to it.

3.5 really - good customer service, but a little quirky at times. I.e. the new iteration doesnt have the customers email available in the app.... just a name. Seriously, no way to display or see a customers email in the app.....

I don't understand the hype behind this app. It's difficult to customize there are several bugs.

I tried the Wholesaler but it's not enough for my needs. most of my buyers are fussy and impatient and need a very fast and streamlined ordering process which includes the ability to choose Net 30 terms, specific shipping options and easy-to-order pages that allow all sizes to be ordered at once rather than one page at a time.

It looks like it would be a helpful app, but I could not get it to work for me, kept crashing and would lose all my work done. Contacted support but there was a temporary problem with the contact form at that time so my request did not go through, and I was in a hurry, so I just uninstalled it without finding out what was wrong.

I think it is a great idea but it didn´t work for me because the wholesale tags made "wholesale" appear in my collection dropdown menus. Also when I integrated to stitchlabs, the products appeared as 2 different products. (normal and wholesale). I think it could work perfectly for other people!. Zui (from support) was great and gave me an excellent guidance and support. I will give him 5 stars!

For me it lacked two important features. Search - adding a customer to your wholesale list appears to involve scanning your entire customer database. Similarly no way to find specific products quickly. Secondly no way to specify minimum order for wholesalers, which in our industry is a norm. On removing the app it should be noted that wholesale products remain as duplicates in your product catalog. So trial with caution. The developers are passionate about the product, so no doubt it will be improved in the future.
