We had this app installed. It was okay initially, but then it started working only intermittently, which unfortunately resulted in us losing multiple wholesale orders. The purchasers gave up on these orders because using the app was too frustrating as it was not working consistently. Despite numerous attempts to get support, none was forthcoming. We eventually had to switch to a new wholesale app as we were not able to resolve the issues. Despite uninstalling the app, they continued to charge us for the app after this and we are still trying to cancel this recurring charge and get a refund. So we wouldn't recommend this as your wholesale app.

I have sent multiple emails regarding our wholesale tags that are not working properly, but no one comes back to me.

I changed my review for 1 star to 4. Javier was great to help and fix the issue. 5 start for his service. However, the app is missing some important features e.g Being able to add more discount groups without needing the coding from an expert.

After months of sending emails trying to see if they can switch me over from their old app to this, they have not bothered to reply. I installed this app recently in hopes of getting their attention but they have not bothered to reply back. Zero customer service.

I really like the app and the support was always efficient and quick. Unfortunately, I had a problem in the app that prevents me from using it and I’m trying to reach the support for 10 already but nobody answers. I have wholesaler clients waiting for me to send new collections but I can’t do it without fixing this issue 

Cannot setup the app because the developer only offers email support. I require screenshare support for setting up something like this.

UPDATE: The don't answer my emails!!!!! Great app and works as it should. If something doesn't work, don't delete the app, but request support and they'll fix it neatly.

I received a complete, free setup within a few days, and excellent customer service who answered all my (many) questions. I assume the people who said they didn't hear back after x days didn't take into account the devs taking off for the weekend, or the time zone difference. App works as expected, zero complaints. Thank you!

waited 4 days and still no reply, not setup, and wasting my time. 100% do not recommend. No easy way to cancel subscription.

its been over 3 days since I have installed the application and still did not hear back from the support team to finish the installation and have my Shopify theme configured. I reached out directly to the support team with the email they provided- in the email, it states " will reply back in 1 business day or less" however it's been over 24 hours and I still have not received a response back.
