We have recently installed the Wholster App and we are very happy with the functions of the app and the ability it will give us to streamline our wholesale business and grow our business at the same time. We have required quite a bit of support from Wholster both before and after purchasing the app, Zac has always responded to our questions in a very timely and friendly manner. He has diligently worked with us on some app customization and he has really helped us to adapt Wholster to our very specific business needs. Zac has been an absolute pleasure to work with through this entire process and we are very pleased with the results so far.
As a built in wholesale solution, it works very well. In fact, It surprises me that Shopify hasn't swept them up. Wholster allows us to service our wholesale clients sufficiently well and I don't think we've really scratched the surface of the functionality. The features are generally pretty robust, where we've needed additional ones or further help, the support team has been great. We'll continue to use it and update in due course.
They have been great to work with so far - setting everything up was pretty user-friendly and intuitive. Any questions I had, they were really quick in getting back to me. We're not 'live' yet, but when we're ready, we plan on going for one of the paid versions to add more options. Looking forward to working with these people in the future.

Wholly Guac Ah-Molly. This has been a life send to our company. One of our biggest pain points was being able to accurately input manual orders. Not only manual orders but ones with multiple addresses. The B2B functions are quite amazing! The other great things are the integration with programs such as Zapiet. Oh Oh Oh! The other really awesome thing is it really does a lot while preserving Shopify Native functions. The customer service isn't beatable. We literally were on a chat an hour later after asking for one. Nice People!
Highly recommend Wholster! This app is the perfect fit for any business looking for a professional B2B solution integrated with Shopify that's free to get started. We weren't ready for an inventory management system for this business yet, so this is a good viable and pro solution. The design is great and features are ideal for anyone looking to keep everything in 1 channel and benefit from being integrated with Shopify. This app will save our business a lot of time so we can focus on serving customers and growing our brand.
Must-have app for any business that is doing wholesale. All relevant wholesale issues like different tax scenarios and multiple shipping addresses in one order (multiple drop-ship) are though through and logically implemented. In addition, customer service (Zac) is simply great. We faced a rather complicated issue with tax settings and Zac worked with me on it over a few weeks until we got it all solved. So I would have given 6 stars, if possible, on customer service.
It would be perfect if it didn't take forever to load... and I mean FOREVER! Many times it never loads and I just give up. I have reached out three times by putting in a ticket and only once was the ticket answered. I can't get my customers up and running as a setting or something won't let them checkout. It keeps giving an error “you have reached or exceeded your credit limit” and doesn’t let them move forward. I have no limits set for anyone. Everyone is pay with a credit card at checkout. No terms. On the customer side there are items that show 0 available but I don't see it and I have no tracking of inventory on wholesale items so there is no reason for it to not allow my customers to add these rogue items to their carts. I wish I could give this 5 stars but I can't because I am losing customers right now not being able to get it to work properly. I am looking at other options now. I was so hopeful this was the app for us.
I used the app to help organize a very large order. Customer support was quick, efficient and helpful. We will keep using the app and recommend it to others looking to organize large or wholesale orders.
This is a must-have app for wholesale. Zac has been super fast to answer any questions we had too! Highly recommend :)
Had a few technical issues at the start, however the support can help so just get in touch with them. This program suits my business well as I have a seasonal business and month to month payments for a wholesale app just won't be viable to me. Affordable and has a professional design.

IF YOU DO GIFTING THIS IS THE ONLY APP YOU WILL EVER NEED! Just to give you the picture. A client calls us at 10 am Friday for an order they want 236 boxes shipped out to 236 different addresses on Monday morning. The support stayed up with me until 3 AM to work out every kink! (It is a relatively new app)! THAT IS AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! WITHOUT THEM WE WOULD HAVE NEVER GOTTEN THIS DONE! We suggest using flat-rates for shipping as it just makes the processing move faster! I would have given 10 stars! All my gift shippers or mini corporate gifters this is the only app is essential! We send out gifts to multiple addresses and we needed this done over night.
This is the best all-in-one wholesale app I've ever seen! Paired with stellar customer service, making this a must have for any store looking for streamlined access for their distribution channels. Easy setup to automate as much as possible. Highly recommend!
I just added the app to my Shopify site, https://www.bagsofroom.co.uk/, looks like it's going to be a great tool in gaining and retaining account customer's. Offering 30 day trade accounts to client's wishing to deal with us in the longer term.
I was looking for a way to store cc numbers for certain accounts of mine and this works well. I've also had a customer say it's very easy to use on their end as well. I admit I was a little worried when I didn't see much in tutorials, FAQs, etc, I was hesitant to submit a ticket, knowing I needed an answer as quickly as possible, but Zac has always replied within 5 minutes. And he's been able to help with my issue immediately.
I needed an app that would allow me to ship to multiple addresses but bill one customers. Think of corporate gifts for the holidays. I needed to be able to use csv imports to save time and this app is allowing me to do this. It has more functionality than I'm actually using. All my questions were answered quickly and Zac spent some time walking me through some of the process. Great customer service.
We just started exploring the app and we think is has a great potential and flexibility. We are still in the setup phase, and already, Zac and his team have shown an awesome professionalism and were very helpful, answering question over questions (I can ask lot's of questions sometime...I am the annoying client type, he!he!).
I just added the application to my web, stivali.us , and it feels like it is going to be a great tool to keep doing business. It can be improved in many ways. I am so happy to see this app, we needed a wholesale app that DISPLAYS available stock on the fly and allows charging `on account`. imports all inventory and collections from shopify, AND allows different ways to handle wholesale prices. They are also very responsive in fixing issues.
