Amazing app! Great design and really user friendly. Customer support was quick to jump on a call and assist where needed. We're sold on Wholester and will be using it to fully manage our wholesale business. The best part is, wholesalers are complimenting US on OUR wholesale portal - ha! I would definitely recommend.

IF YOU DO GIFTING THIS IS THE ONLY APP YOU WILL EVER NEED! Just to give you the picture. A client calls us at 10 am Friday for an order they want 236 boxes shipped out to 236 different addresses on Monday morning. The support stayed up with me until 3 AM to work out every kink! (It is a relatively new app)! THAT IS AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! WITHOUT THEM WE WOULD HAVE NEVER GOTTEN THIS DONE! We suggest using flat-rates for shipping as it just makes the processing move faster! I would have given 10 stars! All my gift shippers or mini corporate gifters this is the only app is essential! We send out gifts to multiple addresses and we needed this done over night.

This is the best all-in-one wholesale app I've ever seen! Paired with stellar customer service, making this a must have for any store looking for streamlined access for their distribution channels. Easy setup to automate as much as possible. Highly recommend!

I just added the app to my Shopify site, https://www.bagsofroom.co.uk/, looks like it's going to be a great tool in gaining and retaining account customer's. Offering 30 day trade accounts to client's wishing to deal with us in the longer term.

I was looking for a way to store cc numbers for certain accounts of mine and this works well. I've also had a customer say it's very easy to use on their end as well. I admit I was a little worried when I didn't see much in tutorials, FAQs, etc, I was hesitant to submit a ticket, knowing I needed an answer as quickly as possible, but Zac has always replied within 5 minutes. And he's been able to help with my issue immediately.

I needed an app that would allow me to ship to multiple addresses but bill one customers. Think of corporate gifts for the holidays. I needed to be able to use csv imports to save time and this app is allowing me to do this. It has more functionality than I'm actually using. All my questions were answered quickly and Zac spent some time walking me through some of the process. Great customer service.

We just started exploring the app and we think is has a great potential and flexibility. We are still in the setup phase, and already, Zac and his team have shown an awesome professionalism and were very helpful, answering question over questions (I can ask lot's of questions sometime...I am the annoying client type, he!he!).

I just added the application to my web, stivali.us , and it feels like it is going to be a great tool to keep doing business. It can be improved in many ways. I am so happy to see this app, we needed a wholesale app that DISPLAYS available stock on the fly and allows charging `on account`. imports all inventory and collections from shopify, AND allows different ways to handle wholesale prices. They are also very responsive in fixing issues.

Wholester has been a game changer for us! It was becoming very frustrating using shopifys basic store to manage our wholesale accounts. With wholester we are able to set up professional accounts for our stockists, add net 30 terms, ship to multiple locations in one order, and maintain any special notes we need for each unique client. The user experience from the front end is far superior to anything I've seen from Shopify's ordering system as well. Highly recommend!!

Wholester is the app we needed for all of our Wholesale, Net Payment Terms, and Custom Order needs. We have a very unique business model and require so many variations for a number of customers. This has given us the ability to keep all our orders in one system, service wholesale accounts and corporate accounts that all require different levels of pricing and discounts. In addition, it is making accounts receivables a possibility within Shopify. It automates payments and helps take away the steps of calling and collecting payments over the phone. In addition, the customer service is really great. They are responsive and offer solutions usually within the same day but generally no more than 48 hours. If it's an urgent request, they're on top of it. We are very happy to have found Wholester!

The scope and potential of Wholester is tremendous. It is very ambitious and fills in gaps left by Shopify and Shopify Admin. It offers a Web based independent app that works with Shopify but is available for wholesale customers on web directly. It supports various pricing options for customers and products as well as seamless order generation for shipments to multiple customers. Works as an admin for Pix Gift Ship or MultiShip - but way more! Support is great! And that is really what counts. Plus, they are always updating and adding new features. If you like Shopify - but feel limited by it's lack of scope give Wholester a try.

Most Recent update: I emailed them with one problem that was the hinge of our issues and why we weren't using them. They never responded. It's been a year, I haven't opened this to any customer and I've given up hope. Update & Full Disclosure: the developer is asking me to change my review because they felt they were being "held hostage" by my two-star review. I might have been willing to give them four stars, but the ask cost them one. The developer is willing to improve the app, and relatively quick, compared to most. They listen and respond mostly appropriately. They genuinely seem to acknowledge flaws and desire to fix them. That being said, I still don't have an order through their system. Part of that is a lack of trust in a new application. Part of that is a lack of willing old customers to try a new system. I can't full vet this system until I have had several orders and seen the entire process. Old review: It's really pretty. It seems well designed. It seems like it would be very nice to use on the front side. But the back side is weak. Pricing is everything. Pricing is the difference between life and death for a business. My option for pricing is a flat discount per category or whole store. That's it. Not per product. No bulk upload. No way to commit my actual wholesale prices to my retail store as intended. Could be massively improved.

I just wanted to let you know that Wholester does in fact have product specific pricing fixed pricing capabilities, which are defined by first setting up customer groups, then assigning specific prices for each of the customer groups. We would be happy to set up a time for a demo if interested! We will also follow up with an email, so we can make sure you can get set up as desired. As for the feedback here - what we will take out of this is that the instructions for setting this up are not easy enough to find, so we will certainly make sure we implement an easier to follow process for this.
