It's very easy for beginners to use, and the customer service is incredibly patient! This was my first time trying dropshipping, and initially I wasn't familiar with many of the features. My agent, Danika, was very helpful, patiently guiding me step-by-step through the setup and shipping process. He gave me a lot of advice and was consistently meticulous and attentive. The whole process was very intuitive. Now I can process orders smoothly. Thank you to the Wiio team for their dedication and support, helping us grow together!

For now, I'll give 4,5 stars, and if there are any improvements, I'll come back and edit it to 5 stars. I'll give a sincere review because I really want Wiio to be the best dropshipping supplier because of the attention they gave us. That's one of the key points: customer service gets a 10/10, price gets a 10/10, quality gets a 10/10, stock gets a 10/10, and they're very well organized. The only reason I haven't given everything a 5/10 yet is due to logistics; the loss of the AJ channel greatly affects everything else. In any case, Antia Jiang is my account manager, and I'm very grateful to her for her excellent work with us.
