I switched from Aliexpress to Wiio over a year ago and have never looked back! The customer support and professionalism at Wiio is unmatched. It's very easy to communicate with my rep (Cherry) about product sourcing, pricing, fast shipping, etc. With Wiio, I've been able to scale my business so much higher than ever before without having to worry about fulfillment issues or delays. When you partner with Wiio you know that they'll take care of everything on the backend and you can focus all your energy on running ads and scaling!

Wiio is the top 1 for sure. I would recommend it to everyone. A lot of variants of choosing the shipping speed. good customer service. The more orders you make, the better price you can have.

We have tried a few dropshipping providers and Wiio is by far the best out of all. The app is so easy to use and reliable. Using their private special shipping lines have significantly shortened the delivery time which is crucial for our business. We can’t praise our account manager Mia Chen enough, she’s been really attentive and helpful. So glad to have found a team that we can really count on. Mia and her team ensure that the whole process is taken care of, from purchasing, shipping to order fulfillment. 5 Stars***** Strongly recommend!

I'm a UK based dropshipper and started using Wiio after previous bad experiences with other fulfillment companies. With Wiio, my shipping is now 8-10 days to the UK, they are reliable, provide a very good service and I have my own partner at Wiio to help me solve any issues. They also refund me if an order arrives damaged or faulty and help me provide a great service to my Customers. They can handle volume well and the app automates the whole order process with Shopify to make it quick and easy for me and allows me to focus on my marketing, advertising and growing my store. I would highly recommend Wiio to any dropshipper.

This app was a game changer for me and allowed me to get great prices, quick shipping and same day support. It is also really easy to install and use. I feel a lot more confident knowing that WIIO will source and ship quality checked products to my customers. I know that if there are any problems they will help me resolve them straight away. I used this app to fulfill the orders. This app simply follow everything for me from order the goods, packing, and shipment. And it also sync back the shipment details to my Shopify record.

Customer service is very good and available through various channels, such as WhatsApp. Orders are usually processed and shipped very quickly. Overall, I am very satisfied with Wiio because it saves me time and nerves.
