Customer service is very good and available through various channels, such as WhatsApp. Orders are usually processed and shipped very quickly. Overall, I am very satisfied with Wiio because it saves me time and nerves.

Service horrible à fuir ( mes clients n’ont même pas reçu leurs produits depuis plus d’un mois !!!) / don’t buy from them unless you want to struggle with your customers service. My customers are still waiting for their items (more than 1 months to get their products).
