Winback: SMS Marketing

So glad to see you getting hundreds of sales through the app! And you're accomplishing this without even using the Abandoned Browser feature. Feel free to try it. A mobile popup gets triggered after 10 seconds of looking at a product. With 2 taps, the shopper can get a discount code texted to them to buy the product they’re browsing. And if they don't buy, your abandoned cart sequence kicks in. You should get another instant boost by turning this on :)

Usually the conversion rate of those messages is lower than abandoned checkout since browsers are less committed to buying. But after looking at your stats, your abandoned browser messages are converting very well. I think its because you set your mobile popup to trigger after 40 seconds. This is a good amount of time for the shopper to get committed. And I think we're going to recommend other merchants to use this 40-second time trigger as well.

And I think we can get you up to a full 10% lift in sales if you turn on the winback feature as well. This will send a sequence of messages to customers who purchased. Thanks for your review. The sales were made just by recovering abandoned carts. If you use our signature feature (winback), you'll get twice as many sales from the app! The winback sequence is a series of messages that get sent after the purchase as a follow-up. And just like abandoned cart messages, the sequence stops if the customer comes back to purchase again. That's great customer service, and I see a few of them are converting into repeat buyers as well! Did you know you can also send abandoned cart messages to anyone on mobile that abandons their browser? They don't even need to put anything in their cart! I just added 250 free credits to your account if you wanted to turn on this feature. Or you can just use the credits towards your current abandoned checkout messages too :)

SMS is more expensive outside of US and Canada, but you have proven the ROI is still amazing. Thanks so much Gasper. I just checked your account and saw that you're not sending a 2nd or 3rd winback message. These are very effective in driving repeat purchases, and they will only be sent if the customer doesn't come back to buy in 90 days (or however long you set it for) I gave you 100 extra message credits so you can try this out :) I'm positive your ROI will be much higher than 20X if you do!

Thanks for the review. FYI - we just enabled your 2nd abandoned cart message for you since you turned on country filtering and only sending to US/Canada. Those countries are cheaper to send messages to, and so your free trial is elongated :)
