We're still in the learning phase but we can already tell this is a great tool that will help us solve common questions and close sales. Our products are specially difficult to purchase because there are a lot of questions that customers need solving before purchasing, and this is helping us a lot. Also, the support team is amazing, they're always available and super helpful to solve whatever issue we encounter
