Trabajamos con Wizybot hace más de un año y hemos tenido una experiencia muy satisfactoria, el equipo de soporte es muy atento y nos gusta que están innovando constantemente.
Funciona para dar la info de los productos en shopify y wp
El servicio del equipo post venta es espantoso, jamás dan respuesta cuando hay problemas con el chat, dejan los mensajes en visto por días y sin dar respuesta, no lo recomiendo.
Pésima experiencia, el tener IA en la atencion a mis clientes de whtaspp como API parecía algo extraodinario, me confirmaron que se podía enviar 50 fotos a clientes de whtaspp como catálogo, pero, no es asi. Luego me dicen que la solucion es enviar link de coleccion de shopify, pero que solo muestra 3 productos, q su sistema no esta perfecto para whtaspp. Lamentablemente me dijeron eso cuando ya se había facturado. Luego las soluciones que ofrecen son limitadas. Estoy totalmente decepcionado ya que tenía muy altas expectativas
Ha sido una herramienta de gran ayuda para nuestra tienda a nivel de automatizaciones y crecimiento en ventas. La app ha ido evolucionado con el tiempo y cada vez nos ayuda a mejorar mas.
