Pésima experiencia, el tener IA en la atencion a mis clientes de whtaspp como API parecía algo extraodinario, me confirmaron que se podía enviar 50 fotos a clientes de whtaspp como catálogo, pero, no es asi. Luego me dicen que la solucion es enviar link de coleccion de shopify, pero que solo muestra 3 productos, q su sistema no esta perfecto para whtaspp. Lamentablemente me dijeron eso cuando ya se había facturado. Luego las soluciones que ofrecen son limitadas. Estoy totalmente decepcionado ya que tenía muy altas expectativas

El equipo aseguró que no necesitaban información previa y en 3 meses no pudimos lanzar el chat, cuando se activó no respondió ninguna respuesta correcta. El equipo no tiene buen seguimiento en la comunicación, contestan y luego dejan de contestar varios días.

The products sync hasn't completed and was stuck; we contacted the developer who never answered, so basically, the app isn't working well and there is no support.

Your chat box currently lacks both a close and minimize option. The only way for our customers to close it is by reloading the website or leaving, which defeats its purpose. This becomes particularly problematic on mobile devices, where it takes up the entire screen, preventing customers from shopping on our website, especially if they can't close your chat app widget. While I appreciate the concept, it's evident that it's not yet ready for deployment on any site if users can't easily close the chat box to continue shopping. I'm uninstalling your app due to this inconvenience. Please notify us when you've fixed this issue, and we'll reconsider using your app again.
We are trying our best to make the best product as possible and unfortunately something happened specifically on your site. We really appreciate your feedback because it help us to keep improving. I'm deeply disappointed with this Shopify app and would give it 0 stars if possible. Firstly, the mandatory email registration before usage is cumbersome and leads to a page showing a shop scanning progress, which is confusing and unnecessary. After registration, you're met with a looping video prompting you to install the app. The real issues begin post-installation. The app doesn't allow any settings adjustments. Every attempt to manage the app redirects to the same incessant installation video, making it impossible to use effectively. Moreover, the app's functionality is severely limited. During my testing, it continuously recommended only two products, regardless of the variety in the store. It failed to recognize any brands I queried, rendering the app useless for diverse inventory management. The most bizarre aspect was the sudden language switch from English to Spanish during interactions, which felt utterly unprofessional and misleading. It's clear that this app is not ready for practical use and seems more like a deceptive scheme rather than a helpful tool for Shopify users.
