The setup was incredibly easy, and the support team is outstanding — they always respond to our requests as quickly as possible. We've eliminated a huge amount of customer support workload thanks to this app. It scans our entire website to understand what it should respond to, and it's very simple to train the AI when a response needs improvement. Overall, it has been a game-changer for our business. Highly recommended!
