WorkMate has been a game-changer for our operations. It's an all-in-one solution that seamlessly integrates with our Shopify Point of Sale system, allowing us to create, manage, email, and track all of our work orders with ease. The ability to handle everything from vendor management to tracking incoming inventory within a single app has streamlined our processes significantly. We particularly love how simple it is to create work orders directly on Shopify POS. The customization options for labor charges, fees, and upsells give us the flexibility we need to tailor each order to our customers' needs. The integration of completed work orders into sales transactions is smooth, and the built-in features for deposits and discounts make managing our sales more efficient. WorkMate's capability to generate and manage dropship purchase or work orders for each store order and location is a huge plus. It also allows us to track related sales orders, purchase orders, and invoice numbers in one place, saving us time and reducing errors. Sending work and purchase orders directly to suppliers via email has been incredibly convenient, and the inventory receiving function works flawlessly. Overall, WorkMate has greatly enhanced our workflow, and we couldn't be happier with its performance. Highly recommended for any business looking to streamline their operations on Shopify POS!
