Simple, easy to use for both the shop owner and customers. I did have a bit of trouble installing the code correctly, but support was instant over chat, and they got it all set up within minutes. I've already had a few orders with gift wrap, and it's easy to see which items are getting wrapped and with what gift message on the order page, which was an issue with another app I had tried.
