I've been using the app for about a year now. It works really well. I just upgraded the plan to add another language to the site and reached out to support with a query. Support by Abhishek was excellent! Quickly helped resolve my minor issue. Fantastic service. Superb app and good support. Can highly recommend this app.

This was our first time using the app, and we encountered a minor issue with adding the gift-wrapping option on the product and cart pages. However, Abhishek was extremely helpful and patient in providing support. He guided me effectively and assisted in setting up the pages exactly as I wanted them for our customers

We’ve been using the Wrapin app for a while now and it’s been fantastic. It’s easy to set up, works smoothly, and has made offering gift wrapping so much simpler for customers. The support team is honestly amazing - they are responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

We couldn't use this app as it doesn't support Basic Store Plans. We wanted the Wrapin feature to be on our cart page and you can't have that which is a shame. Had to uninstall, support was very good though and they tried their best.

Thanks for the great support of Abhishek in setup up the app. Only thing I would ask is a customizable design of the app integration at cart level. Be able to change box and buttons style, etc.
