unintalled after 5 mins because could not figure out how to use only the gift message and not the gift wrap. after i uninstalled, the gift wrap code was still on my site and the gift wrap product still on my product page. no customer service to help with this. only email with no reply. currently working with shopify to remove this prodcut from my page before someone orders it. created 5 hours of work for me just to get it off my site after installing for just 5 mins.

I don't know about this app !! it would not load and I had a pop up blocking it. I suspect its not ok and it does appear from reading other reviews that thier customer service isn't ok so I uninstalled it.

After uploading the pictures of gift wrap options, the pictures break down within 1-2 hours. it is constantly necessary to upload them again. I sent an e-mail to the technical team several times, but I still haven't received a response. Unfortunately, it doesn't work when I need it the most.

A really really bad experience, we hope we never use this app before. they tried their best to help us solve the problem. hope the developer can avoid the problem before it occur
