Easy to implement ahead of a busy Holiday 2021 season! It's fast and easy, and their customer service was super helpful. Coming back here after holiday to share that the app is still super helpful. This app is perfect my my business especially with Christmas around the corner. Mady was awesome to deal with, so helpful and patient. I couldn't figure out how to get everything set up (not very tech savvy), she got it all sorted for me with an hour exactly how I wanted it.

The app has been able to do what I wanted which is give the customer the option of a free gift note or pay for giftwrapping. There was a few things I couldn't figure out but Mady was very helpful. I think it would be great to have more details in the help documents, but I did get help from Mady as soon as I needed it. So yes I would recommend this app.

The app is pretty simple to use/configure. We wanted to show the widget on the cart drawer and the app developer was able to add it for us. Communication was easy and they acted really fast. Recommended 100%
