We have just launched the app but so far have been impressed with the performance and the service. We had a a few minor issues getting it configured but were quickly and accurately helped out. Looking forward to seeing how this performs and what our customers have to say about the new option.

I use this app for a gift wrap option. It works very well. We have an ERP system in the background and the teams supported us within hours by setting up the right message for my fullfilment partner, so that he is able to see the gift option as well as the gift message. They are really professional and i totally recommend this app.
