Mady helped me customise the app to allow for a couple different gift wrap options as well as allowing me to choose certain product types it would not show up on. She was quick to respond and help. It is now exactly what I was looking for and looks great on the website. Would recommend!

I was unable to add the code to my theme and after contact via chat this was immediately arranged for me. Even if you need help again after some time, they are always willing to assist.
