They cancel orders without reason. They do not pay remittances on time even after taking upfront payment for cod orders. Product quality is worst. Support is nonexistent. RTO is high for a product which has good delivery on Roposo. Dont go for their cheap bad quality products.

waste of time firstly they will say 10 orders free with Cash and delivery with out pro but they charge product amount first we need to recharge first and after customer pays through cash and delivery they will return that money in 7 days that to minimum 1000 rupees needed to with draw and i tried by taking pro also in pro also they ask ask to pay first for cash and delivery orders.totally waste of money and waste of time dont trust above review thats fake .

We offer maximum 10 orders with Cash on Delivery for non-Pro accounts, the product amount needs to be recharged first regardless of the subscription type. After the customer pays through Cash on Delivery, that amount is added to your Wukusy wallet which you can withdraw in your bank. So bad I contacted to them from WhatsApp and they don't know what are they doing there, they don't know how to do withdrawal, I literally asked 7 questions and they took whole day to research just to answer those simple questions like if they need GST or not, shipping time, fees and some other simple things. Customer service and my first impression is very very bad, all those reviews are fake I think. Don't use this thing! Too bad

Receiding my excellent review rating for the app to POOR after experiencing 3 weeks of delay in receiving payment from Wukusy. When it comes to COD order, you have added Rs 25 without prior intimation or notifying dropshipper. Secondly, even after you charge Rs 25 for COD, you expect the dropshipper to pay for the item through the wallet even before the product is shipped out. Last but not the least, for COD orders you take 3 weeks timeline for remittance. Also, when the remittances go wrong from your end, you take no action for days even when customer reports it. Absolutely pathetic Mr Sameer Rajani. Your promise of seamless customer service is no longer true.

Given that we manage our own inventory, our order terms require payment before the order is dispatched. This process is in place to ensure that all logistics and product guarantees are smoothly maintained. Regarding the delay in remittance, the extended timeline was due to a technical issue on the receiver bank’s end. Despite several payment attempts, the fund transfer was returned to our bank. Please know that while issues with the receiver bank fall outside our direct control, our team remained in continuous contact with you throughout the process, taking every step to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. We are pleased to let you know that the issue has now been resolved and the pending payment has been cleared. We acknowledge that, in this instance, you experienced a delay that diverged from our usual seamless remittance process. For all our other clients, payment processing has proceeded without any such delays, indicating that this was an isolated incident stemming from external technical difficulties.
