I have been using this APP for more than 4 years, and the customer service support is usually relatively fast, but recently I have encountered several problems that have not been resolved. I can't receive the email verification email; because the forum started to receive a lot of spam posts, I had to turn on the 'Prevent unverified users' function, but this function only works for new users. For old registered users, they need to re- Send an email verification email to activate the user. But when I tested "Send verification email", I couldn't receive the verification email at all, and I still couldn't get a solution after calling customer service. This actually brings a new problem: for old users of the forum, once I enable the 'Prevent unverified users' function, all old users need to resend the email verification email to activate, but it is not included in the user's profile at all. For the "Resend Email Verification" entry, only administrators can perform this action. The best approach is to allow users to "Resend Email Verification" themselves.
