Amazing support from Ria today! Thank you very much. My integration didnt go quite as planned when I set it up myself. Ria was so patient, asking me all the right questions to understand what I needed from the integration. Then we walked through everything to step by step to make sure the settings were correct for what we needed it to do. Super patient and very friendly! Thank you for the help today : )

I have to say the level of support service provided by Amaka is amazing. I've just done a Zoom with Ria who sorted out all my issues, explained my options and got straight to a solution. Fantastic!

Am technologically illiterate, not even familiar with Zoom meeting. However, Dani is very patience and guide me through in a slowly and clearly. Shopify App Store may be easy to others but without the support and guidance, its still not easy for me to amend or change the setting in order to ensure correct sync to Xero. A change of setting on the Shopify App or Xero is not just a simple black and white email guidance especially to someone like me - technologically/computer illiterate. Thus, we really hope that Xero-Amaka can do much on this though you have done a great job to assign someone like Dani to me.
