I have to say the level of support service provided by Amaka is amazing. I've just done a Zoom with Ria who sorted out all my issues, explained my options and got straight to a solution. Fantastic!

Am technologically illiterate, not even familiar with Zoom meeting. However, Dani is very patience and guide me through in a slowly and clearly. Shopify App Store may be easy to others but without the support and guidance, its still not easy for me to amend or change the setting in order to ensure correct sync to Xero. A change of setting on the Shopify App or Xero is not just a simple black and white email guidance especially to someone like me - technologically/computer illiterate. Thus, we really hope that Xero-Amaka can do much on this though you have done a great job to assign someone like Dani to me.

We've had a really positive experience with the Shopify and Xero integration through Amaka. We initially had a few questions and issues around transaction syncing and reconciliation, but the support we received from Yasi Gaudia was absolutely exceptional. Yasi was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and thorough throughout the entire process. She took the time to investigate our queries properly, explain how everything worked and follow up to make sure we were happy with the outcome. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. The integration is now working brilliantly and has made reconciling our Shopify transactions considerably easier than we originally anticipated. A great product backed by genuinely excellent customer service. A special thank you to Yasi, who really went above and beyond to help us. Highly recommended!

I had some issues integrating shopify to Xero and had made a few errors in the process. My customer support assistant Ria Cases was absolutely a life saver. She talked me through everything that we needed to do and also explained along the way the reason why it was good to do it this way. She also showed me examples to help me understand it better. Going forward I do believe the process is going to be super easy and straight forward. Most importantly she rectified the places I had made mistakes to help run the process better.

Ria from Amaka was incredibly helpful with the setup of the integration between Xero and Shopify. Would highly recommend.

Quick and easy to setup and the sync is all working correctly inside Xero. The onboarding call was also great as they confirmed everything was setup and working correctly.

Great support from Julius and Hani over many zoom calls. We had set the account mapping incorrectly and once Julius fixed that and offered training on how to reconcile correctly so going forward reconciling is easy. Thanks for all the help it's very appreciated :)

At first this was clunky and I hated it. But I scheduled a call with their support team to screenshare. Ria lead me quickly and simply through every step to solve all of my issues! Ria has been great!

Ordinarily this is an easy to use integration system. Only downside is if/when the apps become disconnected. Help is immediately on hand though and the Amaka team are very friendly and efficient. Special thanks to Hani & Alvin for their advice and expertise

It's a good app, the setup was fairly straightforward. It would be 5* if it also included the option to sync POs (Purchase Orders) from Shopify into XERO.
