I have been using this app for years but it stopped working properly recently. It is good app if it works. 2 issues. 1. It converts currency wrong. It convers USD to CAD when we get USD orders and xero recognize it as CAD again. It converts to USD 2 times. I sent message to the support several weeks ago but no one response. 2. Finally it stopped to syncing completely from yesterday. *Thank you for your reply. I searched my inbox for the first inquiry again but cannot find any response my side. If you sent and I din't get it, that would be a problem of google workplace. I need to contact them. Can you send the screenshot of your reply to verify?
Thank you for using our app. Our team had replied to your email from last month as well. We are committed to resolving the issues you are facing. Our support team is already in touch with you regarding this. By default, the orders sync in the store currency and not in the payment currency. We do have a feature where we could setup the order to be synced in the payment currency. The issue of orders not syncing on that Saturday was a separate issue due to a rate outage in our data centre provider. Our team is committed to resolving the issues that you are facing.
