I have been using this app for years but it stopped working properly recently. It is good app if it works. 2 issues. 1. It converts currency wrong. It convers USD to CAD when we get USD orders and xero recognize it as CAD again. It converts to USD 2 times. I sent message to the support several weeks ago but no one response. 2. Finally it stopped to syncing completely from yesterday.

Seamless. Been using it for more than 2 years and I don't even have to think about it. I've reached out to support a couple of times and they responded quickly, looked into the matter properly and dealt with issues efficiently. I'd absolutely recommend.

I would highly recommend this app to others! The customer support was incredibly helpful, even with all of my nagging concerns and needs. They were attentive and always timely with their responses. Not to mention super polite! The actual syncing works great as well - super simple and streamlined - never had an issue. A definite +5 stars from me :)
